My story has been up for about five days on YWO, and I haven't seen so much as a line-by-line critique on it. I'm sorry if I seem overly demanding on wanting critiques; it's just that I'm going to submit this story to Stone Soup, and I'd like a thorough critique so I can right my wrongs. Please critique it? I'd appreciate it SOOOO much. You can be as critical as you'd like.

1. you probably want to keep stories you plan on submitting anywhere in the "members only" forums. Especially these days, with online journals becoming prevalent, work published anywhere online is not eligible for submissions elsewhere

2. 5 days is really short. You'll have to wait about that or more, in general, but a gentle nudge is a good idea. if you've noticed particular people critiquing around the site, and want their advice, drop them a message. This is only a good idea if you, yourself, do a fair amount of critiques too, though.
