Just ran into this: http://www.themostdangerouswritingapp.com/

Basically it's a text editor on the web where you can set a session duration and start typing. If you stop for more than a few seconds, it deletes everything. It might be useful for freewriting and focus exercises. Or any kind of *real* writing in hardcore mode.

Gosh....it's horrible since I wait and think for more than minutes for continuing to write.

Can you save it if you write for the entire time without stopping?

Good question. I have no idea. I never finished

EDIT:
Okay, I just did a 5 minute one. And yes, you can save afterwards. When you reach your goal, you can just continue typing or stop. Nothing bad will happen then.

Unless you click 'Retry', at which point a popup will show up and I don't see an easy way to close it any more. You can still select all your text over (under?) it, but it's wobbly.

Wow this is pretty ingenious, also very pressuring. It's like. . .some form of NaNo but like with a threat behind it. I'll check it out.
