Hey guys, I'm Hemlock -- Kelsey works just fine, too. I have a passion for writing and literature, and I can't wait to get the ball rolling! I don't mind editing or beta-reading. I prefer to read science fiction, fantasy, or young adult. I can't edit poetry to save my life, sorry guys. When it comes to writing, I have this idea... we should be helping each other out. I've been on too many sites where both the writers and the editors took everything too personal. They were out to get each other, and it was horrible... Anyway, I hope to meet a lot of you! Let's get this going!

Hello, welcome to YWO! Please check out the Rules and the Critique Guidelines if you haven't already. And if you don't mind me asking, what were the other sites you were on?

Hope you like it here, and if you have any questions feel free to ask!

Haiho, I iz Alice, Mother of All, and you may call me Alice, Mother of All.

Or, ya know, you can call me Alice. I do find it most offensive, though.

Welcome, and try not to misplace your belongings, as we have trolls who sweep the place daily, and they enjoy stealing whatever they can find. This also includes fingers.

Hello, Jade! And to answer your questions... I have many favorites, and it's hard place any of them in the number one spot. I definitely admire Stephen King and Kurt Vonnegut. Sherman Alexie's works are great too. As for movies -- have you seen Death at a Funeral? I die every time I watch it. It's awesome. I like comedies or war movies. I like seafood and Italian cuisine. And lastly, green in my favorite color.

Now for you... if you had to choose between being extremely hairy or completely bald (everywhere on your body) for a lifetime, what would you choose? And elaborate, because that's the best part.

Alice, the great Mother of All, it's nice to meet you! As long as they keep their hands off my flannel and sequins collection, there will not be a problem.

And thank you Shaun! It's good to be here.
