Andy, that was a great guide, here is an example of how I get my ideas. Im walking in the park, and this guy is picking his nose so he will be the villain, and the boogers will be explosive. Thats how I get ideas for my characters and stories.

I guess that a simple way of making up stories is possible through paying attention to people's faces, especially their eyes, which can tell us everything about person's feelings, mood. Then we can imagine why a person experiences such emotions, make up some events etc.

Of course, it may appear to be a little bit rude, but I believe that critiques should be rather objective without any sweetening. I hate finding some 'soft words' for putting something mildly.

I adore the way of developing the particular situations experienced by myself. It's so great when you take some real situation and make it much more interesting.
