Nonetheless is correct.

Urg... I wanna get in on this but I'm having trouble coming up with anything. I think my brain is prioritizing the epic fantasy projects I'm brainstorming right now and kinda shoving everything else to the side.

I finished the first draft! I'll probably be too lazy to do any real revisions so it'll probably be the last one as well

Yeah, you can play with it any way you like so passing references are fine, especially if you're using more than one of the prompts anyway.

I'm going to extend the deadline until Friday the 9th January, to give some people some extra time if they want it. My first week back at work shouldn't be too busy so hopefully I'll have the results up by Sunday the 11th.

I'm glad you extended the deadline, because I completely lost track of what day it was. I'll try and have it edited and sent to you on Thursday (which I have off of work)

I will post up results this weekend -- sorry it's a week overdue! I've been helping my mum move and working and been ill.

Whatevz yo! I don't even care about the contest; it's just been fun to write it and try to fit all those things together.

Hope you're feeling better

Is it just me against Syn?

I think I can take him.

It'd be strange if you didn't

Btw, do you guys have any other writing prompts like this one? No competition, just for fun.

Whoops, I totally forgot about judging this, sorry. -adds to top of tomorrow's to-do list-

I just made these up so I could prolly make up more if you wanted? And I'm sure others could too. They're just silly. Have you ever heard of storycubes? They're a great resource I usually use with kids for quick (and mostly silly) prompts. There's an app for them though that's pretty fun.
