I am a student writer who could use some support while working through some of the more difficult aspects of writing. I have one successful work, a play titled make a wish, but I am hoping to move out of the play/musical front and start writing more short stories and novellas. The aspect of writing I need the most help with is conveying emotion through my characters. Coming from a background in plays, I could really use some help here. My strongest quality as a writer is my ability to turn what I see (in school, on the streets etc.) and what I feel into a plotline and characters. I hope to gain a lot from this site and the people I meet here and better my writing because of it. I hope this hasn't been too longwinded, I've never really done this before and have no idea what I am supposed to write here.
